Tim Walder is a dedicated and engaging aviation professional with more than 40 years of experience. He is recognised for his strategic thinking and practical approach, with a focus on driving innovative solutions that support long-term goals. Tim was elected Chair of the British Aviation Group (BAG) in September 2025. He is passionate about helping the UK build an aviation industry that is clean, competitive and ready for the future—supporting the economy, communities and the environment. He also serves as a Non-Executive on the Advance TRS Management Consultants Advisory Board, sits on the Steering Board for the West Sussex & Brighton Councils Careers Hub, and is a Trustee of Little Lifesavers Charity.
